How One Hive Property Group collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information through this website and our property services.
Enquiries and property requirements
When online intake is available, One Hive collects your name, email, phone and the property or service information you provide to respond to your enquiry. Rental requirements include separate adult and under-18 occupant counts. Optional property-update consent is separate from submitting an enquiry. Enquiries may also include the first eligible public page visited, the referring website origin, bounded campaign and creative labels, and the submission page to help One Hive understand how you found us. This source information is separate from optional Google Analytics.
Rental and rooming applications
Applications collect your individual details and the information shown on the application form to assess suitability for the nominated property or room. Each adult has a separate application. A household link connects applications without sharing answers or documents between applicants.
Supply only requested evidence. Do not include bank transaction histories, credit account statements, tenancy disputes, bond claims or breach notices. Contact One Hive about alternative documents or sighting identity originals. One Hive does not use this website to automatically approve or decline applicants.
Storage and access
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and public listing information, and Supabase for structured enquiries, private application drafts and supporting documents. Access to application information is restricted to authorised processing and administration. Applicant documents are not public listing media.
Your application recovery link is a private access credential. Anyone who has it can access your application. This tab keeps the recovery credential for refresh recovery; application answers are not stored in browser storage. Keep the link private, particularly on a shared device.
Future transfer into One Hive's internal management system requires an authorised mapping and access review. A property owner does not gain general access to all website applications or identity documents through this website.
Purpose and retention
One Hive uses application information to assess the application for the relevant premises. It is not collected for unrelated marketing. Authorised staff may contact the employer, property managers or providers and referees named in the application after your acknowledgement.
Personal information must be handled and destroyed in accordance with the applicable tenancy and privacy obligations. Contact One Hive about the retention rules applicable to your application, withdrawal or tenancy. Withdrawal does not itself confirm deletion. Drafts and supporting documents remain subject to the applicable retention process.
Third-party content and analytics
Google reviews, where available, contain genuine public reviewer details and unchanged review content. The website maintains a limited cache and may hide the section when no suitable current data is available.
Playing a property video loads YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. Opening an embedded map contacts Google. Those providers receive technical information about the request and have their own privacy policies. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you choose to allow it. Analytics uses first-party cookies and selected public-page, property interaction and confirmed enquiry events. Our event payloads exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry answers, document names, recovery keys, property address slugs and arbitrary URL query values. Reviewed campaign and creative labels may be included. Google receives technical request information; this is not a claim of anonymous processing. Public website pages offer separate optional Meta advertising measurement for page visits, property document clicks and confirmed property enquiries, with property identifiers and bounded first-touch campaign labels. Meta receives browser and request information; our events contain no enquiry answers or contact details. See the cookie policy for choices and withdrawal. The Mena Creek Flower House landing page excludes Google Analytics and Meta advertising measurement. It retains first-party daily page-view totals without browser identifiers, and does not capture first-touch enquiry attribution in browser storage. Enquiry records remain part of the operational service.
Property document delivery totals
We keep private daily totals of successful Dingo Pocket information-pack responses through our document service, separately from optional Google Analytics and Meta measurement. This counter does not use cookies or store IP addresses, visitor identifiers, contact details or browsing histories. It separates download responses, inline views, range requests, labelled tests and requests identified as automated. Repeat requests may be counted again. These totals do not identify unique people or prove that a file was saved or read, and direct file access outside the document service is not included.
Dingo campaign measurement
Dingo Pocket also records first-party browser-confirmed page loads, verified inline PDF responses, download responses and successfully saved enquiries. A temporary page identifier links actions on that page. If you allow analytics, a random tab-session identifier and original campaign source are kept in session storage for up to 30 minutes of inactivity to estimate sessions across reloads. Without that choice, no measurement session identifier is stored in the browser. The private event store contains timestamps, the fixed campaign path, bounded campaign labels, an available Meta click identifier, referring website origin and broad device category; it does not contain enquiry answers, contact details, raw IP addresses or full user-agent strings. Labelled tests and known automation are separated. These counts are not unique people or proof that a PDF was read or saved. Google and Meta remain separately consent-controlled.
Contact and privacy requests
Contact One Hive using the contact page to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw an application, discuss document alternatives, or raise a privacy concern. Identity verification and applicable recordkeeping obligations may affect how a request can be completed.
